Weapon Appearance: The weapon has three pieces.
The main part, the lifeblood of the weapon, is the gauntlets. The gauntlets are made of a high-strength silver metal, and form a traditional sort of gauntlet from mid-hand down past the wrist. For added grip and comfort, the fingers of the gauntlet are fingerless, and made of a durable black leather. The gauntlets serve as a pair of quivers, each has a rotating ringlike structure around the wrist that holds ten arrows, each containing a mechanism to launch the arrows for quick nocking. The leading gauntlet launches the arrows back directly into the string for quicker shots (See Attacks). The right gauntlet launches them forward right into Celia's palm, for single shots. Woven into the leather fingers of the glove are bits of white dust, stimulated by and odd aura-driven mechanism eithin the gauntlet called a "auric phase inverter". The device preforms a function inverse to the dust it is equipped with. In this case, instead of generating massive amounts of kinetic energy through the use of the gloves' white dust, it allows the gloves to decrease the amount of kinetic force needed to move things that they touch.
The weapon's primary form is the bow. It is a longbow made of a silver metal with blade-edged limbs, with a string infused with pure white dust. The bow is integrated into the leading hand (left) gauntlet, so it is impossible for Cecil to drop it. The bow fires custom-made high-density tungsten arrows, giving the arrows far better piercing power and overall force, the high tensile strength of the bow compensating for the heavy arrows and resulting in an immensely powerful force that most anti-tank rifles could not match. As the bow itself has a tension FAR beyond anything a normal person could draw, only Celia (and anyone else whose hands can fit her gauntlets) can draw the bowstring.
The second form, for CQC, is a a collapsed version of the bow. The bow limbs will collapse backwards and hook into the gauntlet parallel to the arm, creating a forked wrist-blade on the left arm.
Weapon Functions: The bow fires modified high-density tungsten arrows. The bow collapses into a forked wrist dagger on the left gauntlet for cqc. Weapon can collapse further into a standard quiver and emptied gauntlets for easier carry/storage.

Take away the quiver transformation, you can have a quiver as standard gear. This is a cool weapon though.

Well the quiver is just for easier transport so the arrows on the gauntlets don't get in Celia's way. It's less for combat and more for...convenience, I suppose would be the best way to describe it.
