It has been a while. I was hoping that I could make the site start up again by it's 1st birthday, but that didn't work out. Sorry for that.

We're moving! Instead of revamping the whole site, we are moving to a new one, this time on proboards. (I apologize in advance if you are trying to read a thread you participated in but found that it has been deleted) The new site is still under development. So, if you are interested and want to get more information on the site like the progress on that, just send a pm to me.

Spike sits at the height of five foot and 6 inches. He has sadly gotten his mom's genetics, instead of his father who is above six foot. His striking hair is the color of a cherry, red. He doesn't really take time to comb his hair, and is usually looking like a total mess, to others. To him its his cool style. Standing out, besides his red eyes, are the bandages on his face. Spike seems to have had these bandages on for quite a while, heck, ever since he was a child probably. He treats the bandages as a sort of accessory on him, rather than what they are, bandages. But getting past his odd face, his body is rather small. Small and scrawny. He's not the one to work out often, or ever. Adding onto that, he seems to always be slouching, a lot. Not much of a surprise from him. Spike's choice of clothing is rather odd. It looks like he tended to match his clothes. But thats not the case. He would throw anything on. Spike wears a white t-shirt, with a jacket over it. The collar always up, like he was some classic cool guy in a old movie, and never zipped up. His pants seemed fine, not to loose, or not to skinny. But they were hoisted up by a white belt anyway. His shoes looked like dress shoes, but they weren't. They were just regular old sneakers that are beat up quite a bit. But despite throwing anything on, his clothes would always match with each other. His usual outfit just consisted of black, and white colors only. With a little bit of gray. So even though he wanted to be a slob, he was quite the organized slob.

Fighting Style: Spike likes to be up close and personal. Long range, is not his sort of thing. He can be very clumsy easily, as well as the most risky. He doesn't really think before he act, or speak.

Personality: Spike is such a kind, and gentle person. Also he is very intelligent with that! Actually, he's not. If anything, Spike comes off as a annoyed person, with that sort of facial expression glued to his face. He doesn't tend to be mean, but his mind set of kind, seems to be different from others. He wouldn't go overboard, and physically hurt someone. He wouldn't be able to defend himself! Instead he would, call people names as a more "gentle" approach. Spike, living up to his name, is not gentle at all. Instead of comforting someone who is crying, he would start asking a lot of questions. Like, "Why are you crying? Did you remember that one time you stole that quarter off the floor, or something? You know, you look pretty ugly when your crying, right? Hey, you have the time?" Spike could be the worst person to look for comfort. Actually he is. Spike being Intelligent? Possibly in a parallel universe, far far away. He is the kid sitting in the corner, wearing the dunce cap.

Adding onto his "gentle side", his questions can, or will possible lead to a very bad situation. So, his way of getting out of that bad situation is, by using the only god like ability he was granted, sarcasm. Yes, Spike is unfortunately a very sarcastic person, which can be very funny, or very cruel. But there is also one trait he holds within him. Spike, can be a very, very angry person. Which is very hypocritical, considering he seemed like the person to make people angry. But he rarely, shows this side at all. In fact, he conceals his anger, and doesn't feel it. Heck, he doesn't let them know! So all these bad traits make Spike. But he can't always be like that to people, right? Right. Getting past all of that, Spike is a very talkative person. So he can easily start up a conversation. Which, is probably more of a bad trait for him. If he sees that his "jokes" go maybe, a tiny bit too far, he would try to make it up somehow, or apologize. Which again, is hypocritical. Spike's a hypocrite.

Goals: Spike wants to aim toward the top. To be some great hunter like his so father. But its not because he thinks hunters are very cool, and wishes to be like his father. He wants to prove to his dad that being a hunter is a joke, and anyone can do it.
Fears: Speak fears that when he reaches toward his goal, he would have another opinion about all of it. Instead of bashing on it, he would end up liking it like his father. Spike also fears motor vehicles. Or anything you have to get in/on to get somewhere. Because he would usually get motion sickness, and he hates it so much, that he fears having it.

Bad Habits: He can't shut his mouth when he needs to say something. He would have something to say anytime, and anywhere. Not the best at working with a team. Because he lacks, a lot, in team communication.
Likes: He likes having conversations with people. Using the conversation term very loosely here. To be a alone at times, and enjoy the scenery. But the only reason he likes that, is because he has grown use to being alone most of the time as a child. And of course, his one true love, spicy food. Spike really loves spicy food, because he believes it brings out the taste in food more.
Dislikes: His curse of having Motion Sickness. People accusing him of being a bully, when he believes he is not. He is also not very fond of hunters, since he thinks its all nonsense.

Parents: Rosso Ikari (Father) , Violet Ikari (Mother) - Disappeared

History: Spike came into this world as a sort of miracle for his two lovely parents, at the time. After many tries, and tears. But all that doesn't matter now, since Spike has finally appeared in the lives of his father, Rosso, and his mother, Violet. They actually didn't know what to name small Spike at the time, but his father had gotten the idea of a wonderful name. When Spike was out and about, his hair, his hair was rather red, and pointy at the time. And being such the great father, Rosso, is, he decide to name him Spike, with Violet's approval. She did find it odd at first. What kind of name was Spike? It sounded like some pirate to her, or something. But she decided to go with it, since she was so astonished to have the angel, Spike, in her arms.

With that, they brought Spike home, finally, into their…"home sweet home." It wasn't actually that sweet, to be honest. Nor was it a home, it was more of a apartment. That they shared with some other family. They unfortunately couldn't get there hands on a tree that grows money. Then out of no where, Rosso had disappeared, and left Violet handling bills, and Spike by herself. She, of course, was not fond of this, and almost turned toward alcohol to get her mind off. But she managed to fix herself up, and ended up getting two jobs. So Violet was rarely home, and left Spike with the other family most days.

The Ikari family was not having the best of days during this time. It was very hard on Violet to see Spike once in a while, and couldn't comprehend the responsibility of two jobs. So Spike ended up learning how to walk, and talk by the other family. Instead of his mom, or his father, that was still gone. Spike was then put into some school, like all kids go to, to get something called a "education." He wasn't the best kid in class, nor was he the one sitting at the popular table. He was alone most of his days at school, and rarely talked to anyone at school, or at home, unless he was spoken too.

Then out of no where, he was sort of "gifted" with something. This something was unfortunately the art of sarcasm, and ended up using that a lot during school, like a lot. Kids were not much of a fan of this, and decreased the chance of Spike of ever having friends. It actually ended up to a fight, after school, with a group of kids who would "shut him up for good." Obviously, Spike wasn't just going to lay down, and cry. He decide to live up to his name, and had a rumble with the kids. Did Spike beat them, and showed them who is boss? Absolutely not. Spike was beaten pretty bad, and was luckily to be saved by a teacher. And then blame was put onto Spike, and didn't have the best night at home with his mum. Lets just say, there was a reason why he had on bandages on everyday.

A couple of more years past, and Spike was still being him, but stayed out fights the best he could. Or never tried to defend himself in a fight. It was a pretty sad sight, but Spike deserved it for having such a big mouth. He was having his usual bicker that day, like usual, with his mother. Thats when he came back. His father returned, as if he just got back from a day of work. Spike was immediately sent into his room, without having a word to say to his father. Well at the time, he didn't even know that was his father. He was trapped in his room, and heard the heated argument go on for hours. From the argument, he learned that his father became some type of great "Hunter" or something. He left the family without a word to become a hunter. This argument actually resulted into a divorce, that should of happened along time ago, but Violet must of been hoping for some good reason. Leaving Spike with his father, he barely knows.

Spike heard stories about his father about how such a great person he was from his mother as a child. But comparing to the stories to the father he knows now, were total opposites. The stories were more fairy tales if anything. He was worse then his mother, by not even working! So Spike, and his father would surely be kicked out of the apartment. Seeing his father be worse, than his wonderful expectations he had from him, created a strong hatred for his father. What annoyed him the most was that he always talk about hunters everyday with him. What was so great about being a hunter? Thats when his father came up with the idea of Spike to become a hunter, and see why he left for so long. At first, Spike was about to refuse this offer instantly, and end up disappearing like his mother. But he looked at he the offer again, and thought of it as finally getting away from everything. So with a fake smile on his face, he agreed to become this hunter. Before he was off, his father actually gave him a weapon to use. It was actually the weapon he used, while he was being a hunter, and doing hunter stuff. What a great father. Then Spike was finally off, becoming free from his family, and looked forward to having that freedom.

Your personality is rounded and, might I say, hilarious. And, just as Aeryn said, you are the complete opposite of her. Its quite funny.
