It has been a while. I was hoping that I could make the site start up again by it's 1st birthday, but that didn't work out. Sorry for that.

We're moving! Instead of revamping the whole site, we are moving to a new one, this time on proboards. (I apologize in advance if you are trying to read a thread you participated in but found that it has been deleted) The new site is still under development. See No Evil, Hear No Evil
Semblance: Tactical Energy
Type: Offensive
Effect: Area of Effect, Ten meter radius.
Cost: 5
Cooldown: Four posts.
Description: Akane throws a small rock or ball of paper, or anything really, towards an enemy. It erupts into an intense white light and releases an incredibly loud explosion. Scrambles vision and hearing for all nearby.
Advantages: Disorient enemies.
Disadvantages: Can also effect allies and Akane herself.

Bitter Tears
Semblance: Tactical Energy
Type: Offensive
Effect: Area of Effect, Ten meter radius.
Cost: 10
Cooldown: Six posts.
Description: Akane releases a shimmering white mist around a moderately-sized area. The gas causes eye and nasal irritation, and will cause a burning, stinging sensation in the eyes if exposed long enough.
Advantages: Disorient and hinder enemies.
Disadvantages: Allies can be caught in the mist and will suffer the same effects, this toxin takes at least twice the amount of time to clear out compared to others.
